What flavours are available?
• Signature Bubble Tea — J&D’s signature milk tea lava filling, topped with plain cream and tapioca pearls. $14.80.
• Golden Lava Taro — salted egg yolk lava filling, topped with taro cream and pork floss. $16.80.
• Mango Pomelo Bliss — mango lava filling with grapefruit pieces, topped with mango cream and grapefruit pulp. Inspired by the Chinese dessert Yang Zhi Gan Lu. $14.80.
• Double Choc Hazelnut — hazelnut chocolate lava filling, topped with chocolate cream, roasted hazelnuts and chocolate ganache. $16.80.
Is there a mixed set?
Yes. The Lava Croissant Lover set is $58.80 and includes four croissants—one of each flavour.
Where can I collect lava croissants in Adelaide?
Collect from J&D Cake Lab at 41 Rundle Street, Kent Town. Pickup is available Friday–Sunday; select an available date when ordering.
When should I order?
