Keep cakes refrigerated and enjoy on the day of collection/delivery for the best quality.
Remove decorative items, figures and any supporting toothpicks before serving.
Please check your cake at pickup or upon delivery.
Transport cakes on a flat, stable surface and drive carefully.
Minor design changes may be requested up to 48 hours before the event. No changes are accepted within 24 hours.
Wedding cake orders cannot be changed once the date and payment have been confirmed.

Pickup is available from J&D Cake Lab during business hours.
Delivery is available Monday–Saturday, 2:00–5:00pm.

Within 5km: $12
5–8km: $20
8–10km: $30
10–15km: $35
Over 15km: unavailable
If no one is available to receive the order, it may be left in a safe place or returned to J&D Cake Lab. Re-delivery will incur an additional fee.
